Candidate Statement:
I am Brad Algeo, and I am honored to be considered for the At-Large position on the SBC Board of Directors. With a career rooted in project management and wireless communications, I bring a strong history of delivering effective and compliant public safety RF systems across the country.

Currently, I serve as a Project Manager at PMC Wireless, where I lead communications initiatives with a focus on Bi-Directional Amplification (BDA) systems, RF testing, FCC licensing, and technology deployments. My role involves end-to-end oversight of public safety wireless projects—from system design to implementation and performance verification.

Previously, I worked as a consultant with Blue Wing Service, where I managed large-scale deployments, IT systems transitions, and compliance programs. My experience spans a wide range of responsibilities, including SQL database project leadership, FCC licensing, inventory and equipment control, and advanced client support in complex environments.

I hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, a Project Management credential from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration. I am also an active member of APCO and IWCE and hold an FCC GROL license.
