Candidate Statement:
My name is Raynard Williams, and I would like to be your next General At-Large Officer. I am a highly accomplished Project Manager and Sales Engineer with over 24 years of experience in managing complex network infrastructure projects. I have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions across various sectors, including retail, government, healthcare, and education. I excel in coordinating multiple functions, fostering strong relationships with customers and business partners, and driving projects to successful completion while maintaining cost control and high-quality standards.

Currently, I serve as a Project Manager at Murphy Network in Nashville, TN, where I managed the development of the In-Building portfolio, oversees cellular and public safety DAS installations, and develops strategic partnerships. His role involves comprehensive project management from scope definition to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Prior to this, I worked as a Solution Engineer at T-Mobile, where I facilitated wireless network coverage analysis and presented product roadmaps, maintaining expert-level knowledge of wireless-related solutions. At Change Healthcare, as a Senior Telecom Analyst, I coordinated new fiber builds, negotiated contracts, and developed solutions for network problems, significantly improving service quality and cost-effectiveness.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Kentucky State University. In the past I have served as a board committee member for the Atlanta Telecom Profressionals and Nashville Technology Council. My expertise in telecommunications, project management, and network solutions, combined with his strategic vision and analytical skills, make me a valuable asset in any technology-driven organization.
