SBC Board At-Large Candidate: Michael Cassell
Michael Cassell Office Sought: At-Large Michael has been part of the RF wireless industry for over 30 years and currently serves as the CTO of Communications Electronics, Inc. Upon rejoining this family-owned two-way radio business in 2002, Michael formed the In-Building Solutions Group serving both the Public Safety and Mobile Operator industries. Today, CE provides turnkey solutions and services for the LMR (Motorola), In-Building, and Electronic Security industries. Prior to CE, Michael served as a Director of Business Development for Aether Systems, providing some of the industry's first mobile data services application solutions. He also previously worked in Engineering and Business Development roles for LCC International, leading on-site engineering teams to design and build mobile telephony networks for operators around the world. Michael holds a BSEE from the University of Maryland, College Park and is also a member of the NEDAS Advisory Council where he helps shape the association’s strategic planning. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Crossroads Community Church, a large non-denominational church in Westminster, MD. Michael Cassell Statement to Members:
