Candidate for At-Large [Odd Year Term]

Candidate Statement:

Dear SBC Members,

My name is Michael Murad, Sales Director at CTS, and I am asking for your vote for an At-Large seat on the Safer Buildings Coalition Board of Directors.

For more than 30 years I have worked in wireless and in-building communications, with the last two decades focused on Distributed Antenna Systems and public-safety DAS. I am certified across all major DAS platforms and have built deep relationships with carriers, channel partners, and integrators to bring reliable coverage to hospitals, venues, and enterprises nationwide. That work has been recognized with honors including Salesperson of the Year.

I care deeply about the mission behind this technology — especially the protection of our schools — and I want to help SBC broaden its reach and strengthen the partnerships that move our industry forward.

If elected, I will bring an industry connector’s perspective and a relentless focus on relationships and results to the Board. I respectfully ask for your vote.

Bio:

Michael Murad is a nationally recognized sales professional with more than 30 years of sales-management success in the wireless and DAS industry. He currently serves as Sales Director at CTS (Communication Technology Services).

Previously, as Director of Sales at Nouveau Construction and Technology, he built and developed a DAS team to establish the company as a full turnkey DAS integrator, and is certified to sell and install all major DAS solutions including Corning, ADRF, SOLiD, JMA, Zinwave, and CommScope. As Director of Sales at Zinwave he managed the Southeast region, consistently overachieving quota and certifying partners across the Southwest. At Connectivity Wireless he served as Director of Sales for Enterprise/Carrier accounts, was named Salesperson of the Year in 2016, and partnered with neutral-host companies to deliver DAS solutions to large venues.

Earlier in his career he held channel and regional sales-management roles at Walsh Wireless and at Sprint (1996–2008), where he earned repeated national recognition, including Top Business Manager in the nation in 2001 and multiple President’s Club and Pinnacle Winner’s Club honors.
