Q: I forgot my Safer Buildings Coalition password.
A: Please click on the "Forgot your password" link on the login page and enter the email address affiliated with your account. We will send you an email message with a link to reset your password.

Q: I forgot my Safer Buildings Coalition user name
A: Please click on the "Forgot your username" link on the login page and enter the email address affiliated with your account. We will send you an email that contains your user name for the account. 

Q: How can I change my Safer Buildings Coalition password?
A: To change your Safer Buildings account password, log in to your account by clicking "Member Login" at the top of the page. Next click on "Go to My Profile" in the quick links menu on the right. Then use the "My Profile" Menu at the top and select "Change Password.”

Q: How do I log in to the Safer Buildings Coalition Member Showcase?
A: Visit https://www.saferbuildings.us/user/login and enter your Member Showcase user name and password.

Q: I forgot my Safer Buildings Coalition Member Showcase password
A: Please OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET if you have forgotten your Member Showcase password (for the description of the ticket please use "Password Request").

Q: I forgot my Safer Buildings Coalition Member Showcase user name
A: Please OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET if you have forgotten your Member Showcase user name (for the description of the ticket please use "User Name Request").

Q: How do I change my logo on the Safer Buildings Coalition Member Showcase?
A: In order to change your logo, please OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET (for the description of the ticket please use "Logo Update/Company Name") and attach the new version, and we will upload it to your account.

Q: How do I update/manage my Safer Buildings Coalition Member Showcase profile?
A: Your Member Showcase profile is updated from the Safer Buildings Coalition main website. Please watch the video tutorial above.
