Mr. Celentano also sat down with Charles Dowd, Assistant Chief, NYPD (ret.), for an interview. Mr. Dowd was one of the esteemed panelists for the Summit's spirited How Will We Use 4.9GHz and 6GHz? Session, alongside Tim Bransford, Partner, Morgan Lewis; Louis Peraertz, Vice President of Policy Wireless Internet Service Providers Association and Moderator Alan Tilles, Attorney, Alan Tilles Law.

SBC officially launched the Complete ERCES Handbook at the Summit, and Mr. Jackson talked to co-authors Chief Alan Perdue and John Foley about the significance of the book and what inspired them to write it.
